Gold Rush Cocktail Recipe #GoKnightsGo

Today marks the start of the Las Vegas Golden Knights second season and I couldn’t be more thrilled! I can’t wait to settle onto the couch with a Gold Rush and watch the game tonight! A Gold Rush is a combination of bourbon, lemon, and honey syrup that goes down so easily you’ll barely notice the alcohol. Seriously, these things are potent. I started making this golden cocktail last year to celebrate the Knights making the playoffs and it quickly became a tradition. Today I’m sharing the recipe with you to kick off hockey season!

Supplements: What I Take and Why

Here’s something you might not know about me: I’m a health and nutrition nerd. When I’m not hanging out on the beauty side of the internet, I’m often in the world of fitness and nutrition. Just like skincare, there’s a lot to research when it comes to ingredients and the benefits/drawbacks they have, so I like to learn everything that I can. My supplement routine definitely isn’t perfect yet, but I thought you guys might be interested in seeing which supplements I take and why I take them. If you guys enjoy this, I’ll start making supplements a regular feature on the blog!

Please note, this is not me giving nutritional advice, nor am I qualified to give any nutritional advice. Always consult your doctor before taking any new supplements or vitamins, especially if you take any medications because they can have negative interactions. Always tell your doctor every single vitamin or supplement you take so they can help you make the best decisions for your well-being!

Goooooood morning beautiful people! jk I’m writing this Rocksbox review on a Friday night fueled by what some people would describe as “way too much coffee.” Pfft, I don’t need that kind of negativity.  You’re still beautiful though, I wasn’t kidding about that part <3

Whatever time you’re reading this, it’s a great time to talk about jewelry right? Right. Let’s see what was inside my most recent Rocksbox!

Rocksbox Review | August 2017

Raise your hand if you love jewelry, but get bored of wearing the same old pieces.

*Raises hand*

What about playing around with different looks to find something that fits your personal style?

*Raises hand*

Now keep your hand up if you have the budget to keep buying tons of jewelry you might only wear a few times.

*puts hand down*

If you’re anything like me, the idea of being able to wear new jewelry all the time without spending a fortune is a pretty exciting thought. It turns out, there’s actually a way to do that: Rocksbox!  Rocksbox is a way to try before you buy, or a fun way to switch up your look for those of us with commitment issues. You can rent 3 pieces at a time for $21 per month with free shipping both ways. I think it’s a pretty exciting concept, and I think you guys will love it. I’ll be sharing a review of my first Rocksbox with you, as well as giving you guys some more info about Rocksbox and what to expect if you decide to sign up.
