If you follow me on Instagram (shameless plug) then you see my skincare routine on a pretty regular basis, but I know just seeing a routine sometimes isn’t enough to understand the full picture. That’s why I want to walk you through my skincare routine and explain every single product I use, why I use it, and how it fits into my routine. The only products I’m not going to talk about in this post are masks because for me they’re something I only use 1-2 times per week (if that), and because this post is already going to be absurdly long as it is. If you want me to do another post on my face masks, drop me a comment down below or on IG letting me know, and I’ll get to it ASAP.
This post has been a long time coming, but I’ve always held off on doing it because my routine changes so much based on what I’m currently testing. At this point, I feel like my routine is stable enough that I can finally share the logic behind it all. Plus, I’ve had a lot of questions lately about what order to use products in, so this is obviously something y’all are curious about. I’m happy to help! I’m also including a Differin (adapalene) gel update because it’s been over a year since I first started using it and I definitely have some new information to share!
Without further ado, here’s my skincare routine.

Eye cream. Some people love it, others feel like it’s a waste of money. Me? I’m in the first camp. I have very sensitive eyes and find that many moisturizers that do great on my face often sting my eyes. For that reason, I prefer to use a dedicated eye cream. So what do I think of Belif’s Moisturizing Eye Bomb? Read on to find out.

2018 is shaping up to be another dumpster fire, but at least we can chat about skincare and ignore that hot mess for a while, eh? Today’s post is all about my favorite skincare products from 2017. If you missed my previous post on my favorite fragrance and haircare products of 2017 be sure to check it out!

Life is full of disappointment, so I count myself pretty lucky when the biggest disappointment of the moment is a beauty product not working out. That being said, it still sucks, so if I can help you avoid the same fate, well, I’m happy to do it. Of course, the things that don’t work out for me might be the perfect product for you, so take your own preferences and experiences into account when reading this post. I like to keep all of my reviews balanced by mentioning both the pros and cons of the products I’m discussing, but today we’re getting extra sassy. Just a bit of good fun, no harm or offense intended, so please don’t take it personally if you happen to love (or made!) any of the products I’m talking about today. Now, let’s unleash the sass fairy…
There’s no denying that glowy skin is trending right now, and with good reason. It gives such a healthy, youthful appearance that it’s hard to resist adding some luminosity to the skin. The market is booming with products to help you achieve that glow, from highlighters to primers to luminous foundations, but how do you know which one is right for you? Today, I’m bringing you a review of the Erborian Glow Creme, an iridescent makeup priming lotion that might be just what you’re looking for, along with a comparison to some other popular options.
One of my favorite things about skincare, especially Korean skincare, is the innovation. New ingredients, new textures, new methods: I live for that stuff. There are numerous brands bringing out some very interesting products right now, and I think Erborian is one of those brands. Keep reading to find out why I think these Erborian lotions are something special.
